Overview
I cut my teeth on the agile product life-cycle in retail by working with the Search & Product teams in top of the sales funnel. I worked alongside agile coaches, developers and product owners to shape how an idea for a feature became real code on the internet.
What I did
Agile Business Analyst
Facilitated over 175 feature discovery sessions with developers, product owners, UX designers and analytics
Collaborated with product owners to develop short term and long term roadmaps
Manage changes to stories and feature pivots (retail moves quick & dirty)
Projects
A complete revamp of the product page
Bringing two websites together (kids site + adults site) in the navigation
Implementing user generated content on the product page
Running A/B experiments to test photography, copy, and other icons on the search grid
Agile Coach
Developed feature intake process for digital groups
Trained 10 business analysts on agile discovery facilitation and new feature intake processes, increasing organizational efficiency & confidence in the team by ensuring a shared vocabulary and understanding of the process
